A Special Anniversary Party at the Libero House

Our team at Libero Sports India is unique. We all come from different backgrounds, yet are united by the fact that we want to pioneer and shape the Indian football industry. That mission has allowed us to develop a strong friendship and brotherhood with each other over the past year.

The Indian office of the company hit the 1 year mark a month back and we decided to throw an Anniversary/Holiday party at the massive bungalow which we work out of. At first we were just going to invite our families because they are the ones who have supported each of us with our choice to work in a non-traditional job and we wanted to use the party to thank them. But then we realized that these jobs would not be available if people within the corporate and football world didn’t pay for our services. So we expanded to invite our clients. But then we realized that we should also be thanking all the people who have been involved with the sport in India because without them we would not exist.

Needless to say, we ended up with an impressive invite list of many of the key influencers within the Indian football industry. And on a freezing, foggy, December 23rd night a nice group made up of our families, clients, NGOs, Corporates, Government Officials and our well wishers joined us at our home for the party.

It was a brilliant night for our whole team because it was our opportunity to share our story through small conversation, speeches and videos and to thank each individual for their contribution to our lives. I was so proud to be a part of our team that evening and thrilled that my parents could attend. They left with a clear understanding of why I moved here, how great our Libero Sports team is and the extraordinary opportunity in front of us…

  1. Anniversary parties are always special. I went for a pop star event of my college at one of the grand New York venues last month. Venue was quite big and snacks served were equally delicious. Party was full of fun and excitement.
